Can hiring Quiet Mountain actually SAVE me money?
Yes! We have regularly achieved significant savings for clients through concessions and discounts we have negotiated, cost-effective products and services we source, and savings in staffing costs. We will tailor contract concessions to best fit how your conference will be run, and source products and services to bring more value at your budget point. Our design and marketing expertise and resources free you from having to find other external resources or pulling staff from your marketing team. All these areas add up to substantial savings and make your budget go much further.
How do you charge for your services?
We can bill by the project, by a fixed fee, by hours of service, or based on event budget. We are flexible on the fee structure to best meet your budget and your conference’s needs. Our fees depend on the scope of service and the demands of the conference. For hotel contract negotiations, we can negotiate a room block commission payable by the hotel so there is no cost for our client. For design and marketing work, we bill based on the resources and time needed at rates and/or overall budget agreed upon.
